Chicken Wraps
Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) chicken breast, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 large tortillas
1 cup (100g) shredded lettuce
1 cup (100g) cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup (50g) sliced cucumbers
1/2 cup (50g) shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup (60ml) ranch dressing or any preferred sauce
Instructions
Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil.
In a bowl, combine the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, black pepper, and salt. Toss the chicken slices in the spice mixture until evenly coated.
Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown. Remove from heat.
Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
To assemble the wraps, spread a little ranch dressing on each tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, cheddar cheese, and cooked chicken.
Roll up the tortillas tightly and cut in half if desired. Serve immediately.
